What is a doula?
Doula: a woman employed to guide and
support the mother of a newborn baby.
My goal as your doula is to encourage and empower
you and your partner spiritually, emotionally,
and physically through your pregnancy.
Having a doula can:
- Reduce the risk of a C-section by 25%-39%
- Shorten labor by an average of 41 minutes
